Content and ownership

All content, design, and intellectual property on this site is owned by Moxi LC dba Moxpitality. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Text messaging terms

Moxpitality may send operational SMS alerts to team members who have given written consent to receive them. Messages notify opted-in staff when a website visitor asks to talk to a human through Chat with Moxy. These messages are not advertising or marketing.

Message frequency varies. Volume is event-driven and typically fewer than 20 messages per month per opted-in teammate. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel alert texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email Moxy@moxpitality.com.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent

SMS recipients are Moxpitality teammates only. Website visitors are not the SMS audience and do not receive these texts by submitting a form on this site.
