Moxpitality is the brand name of Moxi LC, a Nevada limited liability company. This policy covers information collected through moxpitality.com and related operational alerts.

What we collect

When you use the contact or Chat with Moxy forms on this site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the message you send. We use that information to respond to your inquiry.

Text messages and mobile numbers

Moxpitality may send operational text messages to team members who have opted in in writing. These texts are handoff alerts when a visitor on moxpitality.com asks to talk to a human. They are not marketing.

Website visitors do not receive these texts. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected for operational alerts are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell that information.

Message frequency varies. Texts are event-driven and typically fewer than 20 messages per month per opted-in teammate. Message and data rates may apply.
